Who we are
LandoraHub provides software for landlords to manage property-related records. The controller of personal data processed through the service is typically the landlord account owner; LandoraHub processes data on their instructions when providing the platform (Article 28 UK GDPR considerations may apply — confirm in your Data Processing Agreement).
What we process
May include: account details (email, name), property addresses, tenancy and tenant contact details you enter, messages you send through the product, and technical logs needed to run the service securely.
Lawful bases & retention
Processing is generally necessary to perform the contract with you and for legitimate interests in operating a secure service. Retention should follow your legal obligations as a landlord (often several years for tax and tenancy records) — configure exports and deletion in line with your policy.
Your rights

International transfers
If subprocessors store data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK IDTA) should be in place — verify with your deployment configuration.
