Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No. Register with email or Google and use the free tier without a card. Paid tiers are for when you need higher limits — billing details apply at checkout when that is live.
Is LandoraHub for Scotland or Northern Ireland?
The product copy and compliance themes are aimed at England & Wales private renting. Rules differ elsewhere — use LandoraHub only where it matches your jurisdiction and always confirm duties on official sites.
Is the app available in Welsh or other languages?
For now the website and product are English-only. We may add localisation later; the compliance and tenancy content will remain anchored to England & Wales PRS unless we ship a separate regional edition.
What does the signed-in Area map show?
After sign-in, the Area map (Mapbox) lets you toggle layers for the visible UK viewport: price and crime heatmaps, schools, flood-risk points, EPC band heat, your own properties with filters, travel-time isochrones, rail and bus, optional pubs and vets from OpenStreetMap, measure and draw tools, compare-two-points, rough affordability hints, and light/dark/satellite styles with optional 3D buildings and terrain. Data is from public feeds and Mapbox — refresh varies by source; use it for context, not as the sole basis for investment or safety decisions.
Is this legal advice?
No. Document templates, exports, and in-app text are tools and guidance only. LandoraHub does not provide legal, tax, or professional advice. Verify notices, penalties, and requirements on gov.uk and with qualified advisers when needed.
Can tenants use LandoraHub?
Yes. Landlords invite tenants to a separate, shorter tenant experience (messages, documents, deposit flows, etc.). Marketing here focuses on the landlord workspace — see the tenant section in the capability list below.
How does “compliance” work in the app?
Signals come from rule-based logic tied to your dates and records — not from an AI “compliance score.” Optional AI Lab features do not drive compliance scoring. You remain responsible for meeting legal obligations.
What do I need to sign up?
An email address and password, or Google sign-in. You’ll confirm your email once, then you can sign in on any device with an encrypted session.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Use a modern browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no separate native app requirement for core flows.
What is Paper Builder?
Paper Builder is LandoraHub’s in-app A4 document composer: pick templates (tenancy, compliance, notices, repairs, comms), fill fields, add signature blocks, then preview or print. Payment reminder covers rent or other tenant-paid charges you choose (e.g. council tax or water if your agreement says so) — not mortgage. One-click packs (e.g. move-in, compliance, England checks) save several drafts from the same presets. Keyboard: Ctrl or Cmd+S saves; Ctrl+Shift+C (outside a text field) copies plain text; Ctrl or Cmd+P prints when the A4 preview is open. You can also download a .txt file, copy the draft for email, or duplicate a saved draft as a new copy. Tools only, not legal advice — verify wording on gov.uk or with a qualified adviser.
